Dr. Jordi Monés to participate at the ARVO Congress

Dr. Jordi Monés, the ophthalmologist specialising in macula, retina and vitreous and the Medical Director of the Barcelona Macula Foundation: Research for Vision, will participate at the Annual Meeting of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) in the American city of Denver on 3-6 May.  

The Annual Meeting of ARVO is one of the largest events for ophthalmologists and it gathers around 11,000 specialists from over 75 countries. It plays host to debates on the principal and most innovative developments in the world of vision research.

The main theme of this year’s Meeting goes under the title of “Powerful Connections: Vision Research and Online Networking”. It aims to explore and deepen understanding of the growing importance of these networks in the exchange of ideas and findings, the promotion of scientific discourse and collaborations at global level.
