Jordi Monés, a signatory of the agreement between the Johan Cruyff Institute and FCB Universitas

The BMF’s Medical Director, Jordi Monés, has signed a collaboration agreement between FC Barcelona and the Johan Cruyff Institute in his role of Commissioner of FCB Universitas. The other signatories were the President of FC Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, and Jordi Cruyff, a member of the Institute’s governing board. The agreement will promote joint initiatives between the emblematic football club and the institution created by the legendary Dutch player, such as the launch of a Master’s Degree in Football Business within the FCB Universitas platform.

Dr Monés celebrated «a partnership with an organisation of proven experience in the area of knowledge», with whom they will promote «joint projects, sharing our full potential». He highlighted «the knowledge and experience generated by the club and the collaboration with organisations like the Johan Cruyff Institute». This will enable «training programmes to be developed and debating forums organised worldwide».
