The research work of the BMF in El Mundo newspaper

Spain’s El Mundo newspaper has published an article on the Barcelona Macula Foundation in a special issue titled La Gran Vida. This provides information about the research work the Foundation performs to discover treatment for the diseases which cause blindness and for which there is no cure.

“Fifty specialists in ophthalmology, veterinary science, nanotechnology and bioengineering from nearly twenty scientific institutions coordinate their work on different projects in order to find solutions to these diseases which, for the time being, remain incurable.
