Dr. Jordi Monés, a guest at the ISCT Europe 2015 Regional Meeting
Dr. Jordi Monés, the ophthalmologist specialising in macula, retina and vitreous and Medical Director of the Barcelona Macula Foundation: Research for Vision, will be a guest at the ISCT Europe 2015 Regional Meeting. The event is organised by the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT) and takes place on 24 September in Seville.
Hosting 400 world experts, the Meeting invites professionals to discuss developments in the field of cellular therapy. It is a forum for the exchange of knowledge between actors of differing profile in order to establish future projects and shared collaborations.
The subjects under debate include cellular therapies applied to ophthalmological disorders as well as regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. There will also be discussion on neurogenerative disorders, immunotherapies and gene therapies among other topics.
Taking advantage of the holding of the ISCT Europe 2015 Regional Meeting, the Enterprise Europe Network-CESAND has organised a bilateral meeting to strengthen partnerships in the field of cellular therapies.
